When can I expect delivery?
CRAFT KIT SUBSCRIPTIONS
Craft Kit’s are made to order and are distributed to subscribers in the first week of each month. The website will provide an option of start month for you to select subject to availability.
Craft Kits are dispatched with Royal Mail and are expected to arrive by the end of the first full week of each month.
Requests to ship outside the UK are welcome.
We use Royal Mail International Standard postage for those outside the UK which aims to deliver in 6-7 working days please contact Nicki Gunn to request a shipping quote.
From time-to-time purchase of surplus craft kits is available and these will be dispatched within 2 days and sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Postage. You should receive your purchase within 5 working days. Subject to Royal Mails operating times.
MACRAME CRAFT KITS & ADVENT CALENDARS
Larger Kits are dispatched with signed for delivery. Please read the product description carefully for dispatch times. As these items are ordered and then prepared for delivery.
Workshops offered online will have accompanying materials delivered via Royal Mail to your door a few days before the workshop is due to take place.
If you’re Gifting, there is the option to send a gift card. Please make clear the difference between billing and delivery address and note any message you would like included. You can Gift: Craft Kits, Workshop, Online Workshops, Membership or simply purchase a Gift Voucher.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to the UK (postage included), if you’d like a delivery further afield then please contact email@example.com for a additional delivery cost quote.
Do I need to be home to receive my box?
The size of the box varies depending on the craft. Sometimes it will fit through your letterbox and other times it won’t. We recommend having it delivered to somewhere there will be someone in to receive it.
What’s your returns policy?
As each monthly subscription box is made to order for you, we’re unable to accept returns for these items.
You can cancel your subscription at any time; once you cancel, no further payments will be taken. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org
IMMEDIATELY AVAILABLE KITS:
If you’ve bought an immediately available kit (one of our past projects), you can arrange to return your box, in its original condition, within 14 days of receiving it – just let us know in this time period (email email@example.com) and we’ll reply with the address to return your box to. You then have 14 days to return the item to us – please keep proof of postage as the item will need to arrive with us safely. We’ll then issue you with a refund for the box.
Where a gift voucher has not been activated within 14 days of purchase or by the end of the calendar month in which it was bought (whichever is earlier), you are welcome to request a refund within 14 days of the order receipt confirmation. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll reply to confirm the refund.
What if something’s broken or damaged?
We pack every box with utmost care, but if anything is missing or has been damaged in transit, let us know by emailing email@example.com, and we’ll get a replacement out to you asap.
